Mitochondrial DNA H1a1 23andMe Chapter 7

Let us discuss Mitochondrial DNA….First look it up and then we can talk about it. 

H1a1 is my Haplogroup as per the results of testing with 23andMe.

If I get no response then I will assume there is no interest and change the subject.

I also tested Y Chromosome with 23andMe, Ancestry.com and FTdna.. Y is handed down father to son, paternal only, whereas Mito is both maternal and paternal.

23andMe also tested for Neanderthal genes, and inherited traits, etc. Also identified potential cousins with similar genomic structure.
